«POLO is offensive, as in a full-on assault.

There are no ‘beats’ to speak of, and yet the pace is either relentlessly driving, or the space given between onslaughts is so filled with anticipation that its noxious weight bears down equally aggressively.
The miasmatic layers, at times, are an uneasy back alley duet. Others, a tooth-chipping barroom brawl of three.

In an all-acoustic multiverse, Gili Mocanu would need an octopus's share of usable appendages, three pots of black coffee, and two treated grand pianos where he could "play the piano drunk like a percussion instrument until the fingers begin to bleed a bit (CB)"; and neither Bosendorfer nor human being would be left standing by hour's end.

Visualisations include every fight/flight scene from Jim Henson's "Labyrinth" and a nuanced, slow motion view of the Ramayana Monkey Chant.

All at once. Overwhelming. Uncomfortable?
